I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Duke University. Following, I completed my master's degree in mental health counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

OCD can be such a sneaky disorder---not all compulsions are visible, and not all obsessions are *easy* to talk about. I have heard intrusive thoughts and compulsions from a wide variety of OCD subtypes---basically, I've heard it all, and I am ready to hear what OCD is telling you.

Outside of my work, I enjoy running, reading, skating, cooking, and watching movies.
